Sauvignon Blanc Classic - South Styria DAC 2018
Fragrant, typical South Styrian Sauvignon, vegetal flavors, green gooseberries. The wine is classically shaped - almost puristic due to the barren soil. A little paprika, leafy notes à la boxwood complete the aromas. Straightforward, precise and lively, almost light-footed, reduced to the essential varietal characteristics, green leaf accents in the reverberation.
