32 g small bag for 1 l Liqueur; results in a mild and pleasant digestif from ginger roots; well known for its invigorating and warming effect to the belly.
Dissolve 300 g sugar in 0,4 l water and mix this liquid with 0,4 l of a 96% alcohol. Add the pack of herbs and steep it for 72 hours. Afterwards pour the extract through a linen sheet and place the liquor in the cellar for fining.
