27g small bag for 1.5 l Liqueur, semi-bitter from alpine herbs and aromatic spices.
Dissolve 360 g sugar in 0,6 l water and mix this liquid with 0,6 l of a 96% alcohol. Add the pack of herbs and steep it for 48 hours. Afterwards pour the extract through a linen sheet and place the liquor in the cellar for fining.
This package is suitable for 1,5 l liquor.
If you want to produce less split the package.
