Guiseppe is the real Italian with temperament, energy and, of course, lots of amore. He is a typical espresso with 50 % Arabica and 50 % Robusta and offers strong chocolaty flavours. The Robusta gives him his strength and body and a massive crema.
Best prepared in a portafilter or a fully automatic machine. Also tastes buonissimo in a classical Italian moka pot. Short and black - that's essential.
