We only use ingredients that come from Austria. We make sure to use regional and sustainably grown products - of course only the flours from our Stöber mill. Of course, we also do without the use of genetic engineering, artificial flavors as well as colors and preservatives.
The chocolate cookies consist of the following ingredients:
- wheat flour

It's so easy to bake 15 cookies:
Either remove the butter from the refrigerator 1-2 hours before use or heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Open the freshness seal, remove the sugar sachet and set aside.
Place the soft butter in a large bowl and beat together with the sugar from the sugar sachet for 3 minutes using a food processor, hand mixer or Thermomix (level 2 with spatula).
Add the egg and mix for another minute. Now add the baking mixture and stir in for approx. 1 minute (with Thermomix level 4 with spatula) until a smooth dough is formed. If necessary, stir again with the spatula by hand so that the chocolate is evenly distributed in the dough.
Form 15 balls (each 60g) with the dough either:
• Cut off the dough with a tablespoon of dough, form a ball with your hand and press it flat to 2 cm (the cookies should be about 2 fingers high) or
• part the dough with an ice cream scoop (no flattening necessary)
Place on a baking sheet, plate or board covered with baking paper, cover with cling film / cloth and refrigerate for 1-2 hours (refrigerator).
15 minutes before the cookies are baked, preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat.
Place the shaped cookies at a distance of 5 cm on the 2 baking sheets lined with baking paper and bake for 18 minutes. Place cookies on the baking sheet and let them cool before serving or in an airtight container (cookie jar).
Tips and Tricks:
Only ever put one baking sheet in the oven!
The still raw cookies can also be frozen perfectly. If you want to bake them: just put them in the oven at 180 ° C for 22 minutes.
Cookies stay fresh for days in a storage jar! They are perfect for on the go!
