The usual dilemma „Wine – Tasting“: „The wine smells of Mango with flavours of  fine cherry aromas, topped by a deliciously fragrant vanilla tone!“ or else: „Sauerkraut and joghurt“. Then you hear of a „pepper tone“ - there are so many terms available!

To sharpen your senses for these exotic wine aromas we offer this revolutionary game. You judge eight probes according to smell and taste. In each  small bottle there is another wine aroma – as the carrying substrate you use plain wine; therefore the probes are really tasted. The up to six participants must determine the aromas and in relation to their accuracy earn credits. At the end of the game the credits are added and the participant with the most credits is assigned the title „Finest Nose and Pallate of the Evening“.

Selection and composition of the wine aromasare available in five levels. The initial program is level 1 and contains the most fundamental wine aromas. The higher you climb the better your performance and it's an intersting and fascinating way up to level 5.

The holzeis-team has already tested the game. We tested in a group including beginners as well as one trained wine taster – and it was surprising, instructive and pure fun.
